By collecting and managing your policyholders express opt-in you have the freedom to send automated notifications, reminders, updates, promotions, as well as have meaningful two-way conversations when you need. ## How does it work? ### It starts with enrollment Each time a new policyholder files their enrollment form, it starts the opt-in process. Easy as that. When each policyholder provides their communication information on the enrollment document they are also providing their initial opt-in. The policyholders then have the option to opt-in to text messages, phone calls, and/or emails.  If the number is a mobile, a welcome/confirmation text message is sent to the policyholder so they can provide their FULL opt-in and start connecting!
