SPLICE’s method of automating each touchpoint in this process, without having P3 change any of their day-to-day processes or workflows, they were able to automate timely messages to policyholders and ensure they would not miss important updates or notifications.

The SPLICE EZLynx integration provides P3 Insurance Solutions seamless access to SPLICE’s features right from within EZLynx. P3 Insurance Solutions has set up 15 active touchpoints throughout the policyholder journey, utilizing automated texts and emails. These touchpoints are triggered automatically based on daily actions within EZLynx.

SPLICE’s automated opt-in collection and automated communications provided P3 Insurance Solutions with an easy way to respect customer communication preferences within their day-to-day interactions. Since using SPLICE’s solution, P3 Insurance Solutions has been able to improve efficiency and address communication gaps impacting policyholders' receipt of notifications. This solution has significantly simplified their daily operations by automating texts, calls, and emails within existing workflows and processes. Within months, P3 immediately saw improvements with data accuracy and increased the collection of policyholder’s cell and mobile phones to 88%. P3 also saw a decrease in overall inbound calls and saw more efficient calls coming in only when required.

Within six months, P3 Insurance added SPLICE’s communications with their prospecting solution, EZLynx’s Sales Center. Sales Center is a tool within EZLynx that further supports P3’s capability of managing daily operations for lead and prospect management. By automating notifications at each stage of the Sales Center pipeline, they ensure that prospective customers receive quotes and move through the application process quickly and accurately.
