Mitten Heritage believes in looking out for customers as if they are friends or family. They were looking for a way to automate relevant and timely communications with policyholders, while adding personalization and branding to maintain tailored messaging to the customer. With SPLICE’s automated texts, emails calls, and opt-in solution, Mitten Heritage is able to ensure each policyholder is communicated with when they need to be, while saving time for Mitten Heritage to focus their support elsewhere.
With the SPLICE and EZLynx integration, Mitten Heritage is able to take advantage of SPLICE’s solutions and features, all within their existing day-to-day use of EZLynx. Mitten Heritage currently has 14 active touchpoints within the policyholder journey, utilizing both texts, emails, and calls. These touchpoints are fully automated and are triggered based on day-to-day actions within EZLynx.

Implementation
By automating their communications, Mitten Heritage has been able to streamline their operations, ensuring that personalized messages are sent to the right customers at the right time across various channels. Since using SPLICE’s solutions, Mitten Heritage has been able to improve efficiency and drive policyholders to be informed but able to communicate with an agent when needed, including directly from the automated channel of choice. Through the effective utilization of texting, Mitten Heritage has also increased their collection of mobile phone numbers from 94% to 97% within a few months.
After experiencing the success of automated messaging through SPLICE’s integration with EZLynx, Mitten added further touchpoints that includes EZLynx’s Sales Center, to assist with lead and prospect management. This supports Mitten Heritage in automating notifications at each stage of the Sales Center pipeline and ensuring interested customers can get quotes and through the application process quickly and accurately.
