In this role, you will:

  • Campaign Operation Support – Oversee and manage campaign execution, ensuring smooth operations and quality control.
  • Accurately track campaign workflows and tasks.
  • Assist Client Success Team and our Clients in the effective use of our secure platform.
  • Data profiling and analytics of current client data for data segmentation / testing recommendations.
  • Data processing for client programs and campaigns and ad-hoc reporting when necessary.
  • Analyze existing programs and present results.
  • Review sentiment analysis and other related results to help support analytics and clients.
  • Develop/utilize existing technology / proprietary software to improve / support existing operational tasks and analytics.
  • Research, analyze, and potentially implement further best practices for industry AI-related items.
  • Quality assurance for SPLICE assets including audio files and management of server setups for campaigns.
  • Documentation of expected results for all campaign types (results-based) and related processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with the other teams.

The ideal person will possess:

  • Project management experience.
  • Data management experience.
  • Ability to think creatively about data and the best ways to present findings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with basic Linux/Unix command line commands.
  • Familiar with basic SQL queries and SQL modification queries.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility for a task and demonstrate a “can do” attitude.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate with little or no supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment with a dynamic pace.
